E-portfolios for the personal and professional development of students
E-Portfolio for Your Future promoted the professional orientation of students in order to prevent early school leaving and allow the students entering the labour market successfully. The project developed a set of interactive self-assessment and reflection tools (e-portfolios) for exploring personal interests and strenghts and match them with the requirements of various occupations. A major goal of the project has been allowing teachers and vocational counsellors to support students better in a critical phase of personal development and arrive at a well-informed decision on their professional career.
