agINFRA – Data Infrastructure to Support Agricultural Scientific Communities
Providing a Linked Data based e-infrastructure for sharing and curating open research data.
agINFRA develops an e-infrastructure for sharing data and other research results among agricultural scientists and researchers of related desciplines such as biodiversity and environment. The project promotes an open approach to data-intensive science building on innovative Linked Data applications and services for collaborative research and data curation. In particular, agINFRA aims to remove existing obstacles to open sharing of research data and improve the preparedness of the scientific communities to manage and exploit the growing volume of heterogenous and complex datasets.
