Report: Leipzig Semantic Web Day
This year’s Leipzig Semantic Web days (LSWT2012) was entitled “Enterprise Linked Data” was held parallel to the workshop Multilingual Linked Open Data for Enterprises (Mlode) on the Sabre Multi Conference 24.-09.25.2012 in Leipzig.
On 24.09.2012 Salzburg Research offered tutorials on Apache Stanbol and Linked Media Framework.
Since 2009 the Leipziger Semantic Web Day (LSWT) provides companies and organizations the opportunity to exchange ideas on topics in the field of semantic technologies. In recent years, Semantic Web technologies have been used by many companies to a greater extent. In particular, the Linked Data paradigm has evolved from a research-centric theme to a set of industry-relevant technologies and applications. The focus of the LSWT 2012 was the showcasing of these technologies through lectures by experts from industry and academia.
