The workshop was framed as a “demo and dialogue” event to better align the capabilities of IKS technology to the challenges facing “real” end users of Content Management Systems. It took place on Wednesday, 9 November 2011 within the context of the J.Boye Conference, which is an event tailored towards web and intranet professionals.
