The Salzburg Research Forschungsgesellschaft is conducting a research project on “Digital Social Innovation” (DSI) on behalf of the Science Department of the State of Salzburg (September 2016 – July 2017). In this event, we would like to share experiences and assessments with you and a small forum with selected experts from the very interdisciplinary DSI field of:

• the role and impact of digital technologies in social innovation and state of research (DSI research map)?
• success factors and obstacles in digitally supported innovation methods for solving societal problems (DSI method guide)
• What is the result of specific requirements for education and training in civil society education, social innovation and social entrepreneurship & innovation?
