The aim of the second workshop was the sharpening of possible actions and topics as well as first project ideas.
The participants formulated research questions with reference to instruments and possibilities of information and communication technologies (ICT) for 5 topics: Big Energy Data, Smart Grid, optimization and continuous improvement, smart building, and training.
