With the social media mining technology (Social Innovation & Intelligence) and the especially developed Innovation Signals methodology, companies can easily screen innovation signals in the social web, and translate them into innovation opportunities, ideas, and visions. Salzburg Research presented this innovative procedure at ISPO 2013 in Munich.
