Successful Recertification According to ISO 9001
The Salzburg Research Forschungsgesellschaft has been certified according to EN ISO 9001 since 2008.The recertification audit by TÜV Austria confirms conformity with the standard requirements and the effectiveness of the management system.The certificate was extended for a further three years.
The quality management system is checked annually in an internal and an external audit. Recertification audits are planned every three years with two surveillance audits in between. The scheduled recertification audit 2020 took place as a two-day system audit in which all processes and procedures in all areas of the research institute were checked by auditor Peter Fürnweger (TÜV Austria).
Quality as a Permanent Process
The quality management system improves company performance and creates clarity for employees. By defining integrated corporate procedures and processes, it makes a significant contribution to achieving strategic corporate goals. And it helps to be able to carry out research and development work at a high level, in high quality and to the best possible satisfaction of customers, clients, partners and other stakeholders.
