Bringing new things means letting go. Information and communication technology can support radical innovation. Salzburg Research organized a practical workshop with an overwhelming public interest at this year’s ITG Innovation Conference. About 150 people were looking for their own patterns of thought.

Radical innovations are not easy for companies: they take a step into the unknown. Only by recognizing one’s own patterns of thinking relevant chances can be correctly interpreted. With Innovation Lens Salzburg Research has developed and piloted a software-supported method for the early detection of blind spots in the company’s innovation management.

On November 22, 2016, the Innovation Lab organized a practical workshop on “Mindset for innovation: shaping radical change by releasing old patterns of thinking” at this year’s ITG Innovation Conference.
